Trans-national Partnerships

Zennor Consulting can provide specialist support to organisations setting up, running, or evaluating trans-national partnerships, working with Government Departments and Agencies, regional Government Offices, RDAs, local authorities, research institutes and others.

We have extensive knowledge of the INTERREG IIIB Programme, and have acted as UK Contact Point for the Atlantic Area Programme for 4 years. We have played a leading role in the INTERREG Programme and have detailed knowledge of how it and its successor European Territorial Co-operation (ETC) Programmes are managed, as well as helping a wide range of trans-national projects in planning, transport, ICT, environment, culture and tourism.

Our expert team includes fluent speakers of French, German and Spanish to help you manage partnerships, deal with documentation from partners in other Member States and liaise with Programme authorities based abroad.
